Hello!  My name is Courtney Dvorak, and I’m really passionate about change.  For as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to make change happen, and I’m very excited that I get to work with teams every day to help them accomplish their new goals.

Change is so incredibly complicated, yet simple at the same time.  I find this fascinating.  Psychological and social concepts all come into play.  Change is executed at a personal level, but how others interact/react with you throughout the process can play a major role in the success of any change.
